Water Delivery Organizations: What you Should Know
Many of Idaho’s subdivisions are on acres that were once farmland. While the land use has changed, in many instances, the water delivery systems and processes have not. Neighborhoods regularly irrigate their lawns and common areas using water delivered by irrigation districts, canal companies and similar organizations. This presentation will discuss some of the things neighborhoods should know regarding their water deliveries. Topics will include water rights, authorized uses, allocations, and easements.
