Successful Boards and Fiduciary Duties
The Idaho Chapter of CAI presents Lunch and Education at Galaxy Event Center.
This program looks at a collection of characteristics of successful boards over a 40 year span of interacting with association boards of directors and examines why people serve in these important volunteer roles. We’ll discuss the three major characteristics of Fiduciary Duty for Boards and how they should make decisions to preserve, maintain and enhance the value of their communities.
