The Legislative Action Committee of Idaho Chapter of CAI presents Educational Zoom Series.
Join Idaho CAI virtually for education presented by Attorneys from Idaho CAI Legislative Action Committee: Collins Law, Smith Knowles Attorneys and VF Law.
All attendance fees will go to the Legislative Action Committee to support them in Advocating for Idaho Communities.
When: May 22nd - Noon MT - The Truth about Online Voting
With so many technology options, how do boards/managers navigate all today’s choices for electronic voting? In this class we will discuss different service levels, with the advantages and disadvantages of each. Who should be involved in set up, reporting and the results. Using state statutes and documents to guide us protecting all parties involved, the integrity of the vote, and responding to any challenges. Lastly, commitment to the transition from paper to electronic looking at all the tools available to increase owner engagement.
Join us for a review and discussion of the newly implemented Corporate Transparency Act, as well as recent developments with the Idaho legislature regarding homeowner associations.
