The Legislative Action Committee of Idaho Chapter of CAI presents Educational Zoom Series.

Under the Idaho Nonprofit Corporation Act, board members on the board of directors for planned communities and condominiums have fiduciary duties that they owe to the members, mandatory provisions to comply with, and helpful gap-filler provisions to be aware of. This presentation will discuss the Idaho Nonprofit Corporation Act and what it means for your board of directors, as well as answering frequently asked questions on the Act.
